Ageless Oblivion (UK)

Ageless Oblivion are a Death / Post metal band from Hampshire UK.

Influenced by such bands as Decapitated, Nile, Neurosis, Cult Of Luna & Akercocke.

AO formed out of the ashes of previous bands and began writing in 2009. In the summer of 2010 they entered Foel Studio with Chris Fielding to record their first full length album 'Temples Of Transcendant Evolution' which was released by Siege Of Amida Records in Feb' 2011.

The album has since received glowing reviews from both Terrorizer Magazine (8.5/10) and Kerrang! Magazine (4/5) aswell as being tipped as 'the actual future of metal' by well established & respected music critic Dom Lawson.

The band has only been performing live since March 2011 but have received positive responses at each show & have already shared a stage with Cerebral Bore (Earache Records), Fleshgod Apocalypse (Nuclear Blast), Blood Red Throne (Earache Records), Dyscarnate & Dead Beyond Buried (SOAR).
