Against The Flood (UK)
South London's finest wrecking crew AGAINST THE FLOOD have been lighting some serious fires in the past six months- with just one self titled digital EP they have secured a legion of followers, a label deal, the backing of The Agency Group for their live booking, strong management and the decimation of stages with the likes of After The Burial, Suicide Silence, Heights, Heart Of A Coward and many more.
Now ATF are back with their debut full length 'Home Truths', which was produced by John Mitchell (Funeral For A Friend, Bleed From Within), and features artwork by Jon Barmby (Devil Sold His Soul, Architects).
Fusing the technicality of Between The Buried And Me, the epic vibe of Underoath and the chugging attack of Misery Signals, topped with an unmistakably British vocal delivery from future pin up Matt Church, Against The Flood have unleashed a monster of a record that will cement them as one of the fastest rising bands in the UK.
Bludgeoning you one minute with 'Upon Red Shores' and soothing you the next with tracks like 'Where The Compass Doesn't Lead', which features soaring guest vocals from The Arusha Accords' Paul Green, 'Home Truths' is a powerfully dynamic record, and a phenomenal statement of intent.
Against The Flood have arrived.
